Jeremiah Ryden founded Blue Valley Lacrosse in 2008. He has paved the way for lacrosse growth in the Blue Valley area since the start of lacrosse in Kansas City. Jeremiah has been heavily involved in the operation of Blue Valley Lacrosse and continues to coach and remain active in the growth of lacrosse in our area.
Coach Ryden played midfield for K-State University from 92-95. Post College Jeremiah played for various mens teams in the KC area.
Coach Ryden coached Shawnee Mission Raiders from 2001-2008 as the Assistant Varsity coach and JV head coach.
Coach Ryden has helped grow the game in KC by bring various camps to the KC area including The Blue Devil Elite with Matt Dannowski, Playmaker Camp with Kyle Harrison, and Wolf Lacrosse with Jordan Wolf.
In 2007, Jeremiah saw that if the high school game was going to grow, the youth would need to be introduced to the game. In 2008 Jeremiah founded Blue Valley Lacrosse with 36 players consisting of two teams. Blue Valley has grown to be the largest youth club in the city.
Jeremiah has been a club admin from 2009-2019 all while coaching various age groups. Jeremiah's hobbies include hunting, golfing (although he isn't very good at either!!).
