2025 Spring Season
BV provides a Spring season for K - 8th grade boys that runs March through Mid May. Practices are 1-2 times (1 per week for K-2) a week starting early March with games beginning late March. The season concludes with an end of season event.
Overview
K-2 Grade - Participates in our In-House program that practices on Thursdays 6pm-7pm and Scrimmages on Saturdays 12pm-1pm. This begins on Thursday April 2nd.
3/4 Grade - Plays in the local league, format is 5v5 on a small sided field with small goals. Roster size is around 10-15.
5/6 & 7/8 Grade - Plays in the local league, format is 10v10 on a full field with regulation size goals (6x6). Roster size is around 17-20. Players are rostered based on ability and current school.
Age Divisions
Practice begins early March on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 3rd - 8th grade. No practice over Spring break. K-2nd grade begins on April 2nd.
Practices
Games begin late March. The schedule will be available from the league early March. Home games are played at Blue Valley North, away games played around Kansas City.

Required equipment - Helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, stick, mouth guard, cleats, athletic cup.
Equipment
Same uniforms as the 2025 season.
1st/2nd graders receive a uniform with their registration (no purchase required)
3rd/4th are required to have the Jersey (shorts optional).
5th - 8th will be required to have a Jersey and Shorts.
Uniform store opens in January and will be emailed out to all registered players

Our league uses US Lacrosse for liability insurance. Each player is required to have a US Lacrosse # for the season. Register or Number Lookup
